- Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services provided by Compass Hiring (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, mobile applications, and any other platforms or services we offer (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Compass Hiring.
- Services Description 2.1 Compass Hiring provides recruiting and job placement services to both employers (“Clients”) and job seekers (“Candidates”). Our Services may include, but are not limited to: a) Job postings and applications b) Resume databases c) Candidate screening and matching d) Interview scheduling e) Hiring process management tools
2.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice or liability.
- User Accounts 3.1 To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

- Intellectual Property 5.1 All content and materials available through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of Compass Hiring or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows: a) Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials b) You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes c) You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution
5.3 You must not modify copies of any materials from the Services or delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Services.
- User Content 6.1 By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through our Services (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.
6.2 You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that the User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
- Disclaimer of Warranties 7.1 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COMPASS HIRING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Limitation of Liability 8.1 IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPASS HIRING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: a) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services b) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services c) Any content obtained from the Services d) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
8.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid, if any, by you to Compass Hiring for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim.
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Compass Hiring and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Your continued use of the Services after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
